In 8 weeks time our team will be leeaving these shores to participate in the Brabant (girls) cup being held in Rosmalen Holland. This is a major female tournament hosted by OJC Romalen Football Club attracting teams from 8 different countries (across all age groups) this year.

The tournament will be played at the De Groote Wielen sport park, which has 9 big and 5 small pitches, a large clubhouse, 20 changing rooms, a canteen and a grandstand on the main pitch.

The tournament celebrates its 10th anniversary, is endorsed by UEFA and we had to seek LFA and FA approval to participate in this 11 a side event. Besides the tournament itself the players will be taking part in a traditional "participation parade" through the centre of Rosmalen and an opening and closing ceremony, where in the past the national anthems of the particpating teams have been played.

All the events mentioned will be either filmed or photographed and put on all the usual social media outlets own by the organisers.

The 16 person squad have based themselves at the Holiday Park Primenner situated in the greenbelt of De Peel" which has a lot of facilitities including a subtropical swimming pool, a bowling alley and mini golf. The site also has a plaza with restaurants, bar, supemarket and beach with waterslides.
